Dinner:  beef ribeye, cheddar, Cherry Tomato, cottage cheese, Cucumber (with Peel), Endive, Chicory, Escarole or Romaine Lettuce, Ranch dressing. Snacks/Other:  Air Popped Popcorn, Blackberries, butter, Calcium, Day Break Peanut Butter Fudge Crisp Bar, Diet Mountain Dew (Can), Fish Oil Omega 3, Large Curd Cottage Cheese, Water, weyauwega.
