Dinner:  beef ribeye, butter, Cucumber (with Peel), hard boiled egg, jack cheese, Kemps Cottage Cheese, peas, ranch, romaine, Texas Toast. Snacks/Other:  captain morgan, diet coke, Diet Mountain Dew (Can).
