Fat: 98.15g | Prot: 51.81g | Carb: 197.41g.   Breakfast: 2 % milk, canola margarine - 2 tsp, grain bread, instant coffee, sugar. Lunch: cranberry with yoghurt. Dinner: avocado, cucumber, green grapes, lettuce, olive oil, spicy chicken. Snacks/Other: banana cake, skim milk, sugar, tea.
