Fat: 75.65g | Prot: 100.25g | Carb: 171.20g.   Breakfast:  La Tortilla Factory Smart & Delicious Soft Wraps Multi-Grain Tortilla, Trader Joe's Jarlsberg Cheese, Boar's Head Low Sodium Roast Beef, Zipfizz Pink Lemonade Zipfizz. Lunch:  Black Tie Mahi Mahi, Ruby Tuesday Side of Creamy Mashed Cauliflower, Zipfizz Grape Zipfizz, Baked or Broiled Conch, Sweet Onions, Lemon Juice, Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Dinner:  Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Soft Taco with Beef, Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and Sour Cream, Samuel Adams Boston Lager. Snacks/Other:  Nabisco Triscuit Rosemary & Olive Oil Crackers.
