Fat: 43.06g | Prot: 71.60g | Carb: 142.33g.   Breakfast:  Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Protein Pancakes II, Aunt Jemima Light Maple Syrup. Lunch:  Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Becel Light Margarine, Cheddar Cheese, Swiss Cheese (Low Fat), Bell Peppers. Dinner:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Kraft Calorie Wise Balsamic Dressing, Tre Stelle Light Feta Cheese, Macaroni & Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Christie Thinsations Oreo.
