Fat: 25.59g | Prot: 74.39g | Carb: 167.11g.   Breakfast:  Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Jay Robb Vanilla Whey Protein, Market Pantry Frozen Mixed Fruit. Lunch:  Pears, Yoplait Light Fat Free Yogurt - Strawberry Banana, Cheddar Cheese, Wonder 100% Whole Wheat English Muffins, Swiss Cheese (Low Fat). Dinner:  Mashed Cauliflower, Green String Beans, Stop & Shop Corn on the Cob, Becel Salt Free Margarine. Snacks/Other:  Vegetable Borscht, Christie Thinsations Fudge Drizzled Caramel Popcorn.
