Fat: 25.59g | Prot: 74.39g | Carb: 167.11g.   Breakfast:  Jay Robb Vanilla Whey Protein, Market Pantry Frozen Mixed Fruit, Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified). Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Pears, Swiss Cheese (Low Fat), Wonder 100% Whole Wheat English Muffins, Yoplait Light Fat Free Yogurt - Strawberry Banana. Dinner:  Becel Salt Free Margarine, Green String Beans, Mashed Cauliflower, Stop & Shop Corn on the Cob. Snacks/Other:  Christie Thinsations Fudge Drizzled Caramel Popcorn, Vegetable Borscht.
