Lunch:  Boiled Egg, Cucumber (Peeled), Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise, Red Onions, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner:  Atkins Advantage Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar, Baked Breaded or Battered Fish, Watermelon.
