Lunch:  Tuna in Water (Canned), Boiled Egg, Red Onions, Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise, Cucumber (Peeled). Dinner:  Watermelon, Baked Breaded or Battered Fish, Atkins Advantage Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar.
