Fat: 57.42g | Prot: 78.73g | Carb: 153.16g.   Lunch:  Crab Cake, French Toast (with Low Fat 2% Milk), Skinless Chicken Breast, Earls Mixed Field Greens Salad, Denny's Veggie-Cheese Omelette with Eggbeaters, Ham On Biscuit, Blueberry Muffins, Pudding. Dinner:  White Rice, Pork Loin (Tenderloin), Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Added in Cooking), Chicken Soup, Stir Fried Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Apples.
