Fat: 57.42g | Prot: 78.73g | Carb: 153.16g.   Lunch:  Blueberry Muffins, Crab Cake, Denny's Veggie-Cheese Omelette with Eggbeaters, Earls Mixed Field Greens Salad, French Toast (with Low Fat 2% Milk), Ham On Biscuit, Pudding, Skinless Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Chicken Soup, Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Added in Cooking), Pork Loin (Tenderloin), Stir Fried Vegetables, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Apples.
