Fat: 112.24g | Prot: 136.32g | Carb: 276.77g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Chocolate Iced Creme Filled Doughnut, Original Glazed Doughnut. Lunch:  Rustic Flat Bread, Shanghai Chicken Salad. Dinner:  Crab & Avocado Stack, Dress Baked Potato with Butter & Sour Cream, Fresh Steamed Broccoli, Honey Wheat Bread, New York Strip (10 oz), Red Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  Hershey's Cookie Brownie Bars Supreme Dessert Bar Mix, Mcflurry with Oreo Cookies (Snack Size).
