Fat: 58.23g | Prot: 57.31g | Carb: 204.68g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Cream and Sugar, Fried Egg, Plain Pancakes, Syrup. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Great Value Pineapple Chunks, Lucky Leaf Cinnamon Apple Sauce, Mustard, Thomas' Bagel Thins - Plain. Dinner:  Chicken or Turkey with Dumplings (Mixture). Snacks/Other:  Jell-O Chocolate Pudding Cups, Little Debbie Little Muffins Chocolate Chip, Water, Yoplait Strawberry Banana Frozen Yogurt.
