Fat: 56.76g | Prot: 49.40g | Carb: 121.08g.   Breakfast: coffee, goat milk, Wheat Berries with Sesame, Soy Sauce & Scallions. Lunch: chard, Spicy Stir-Fried Tofu w Bok Choy or Baby Broccoli. Dinner: cabbage, canola oil, chicken breast, olive oil, red leaf lettuce, red wine, yellow pepper. Snacks/Other: apple, dry roasted almond butter (fresh ground bulk), Salty Dog Chocolate Bar.
