Fat: 92.44g | Prot: 54.39g | Carb: 217.22g.   Breakfast: avacado, baby spinach (1.5 cups), banana, coffee, Excellence Extra Fine Dark Chocolate, half and half, kiwi, milk, pineapple. Lunch: banana, boar's head turkey, hoffman's cheddar, peanut butter unsalted. Dinner: Jackie's Vegetable Soup. Snacks/Other: brownie batter, carrots, sabra, tootsie roll.
