I started dancing and it feels so good. I started taking spanish dancing and it has given me the motivation to exercise. I did an 1 1/2 glass.

Fat: 68.53g | Prot: 60.27g | Carb: 54.42g.   Breakfast:  Boiled Egg, Coffee with Cream, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kroger Grape Tomatoes, Red Onions. Lunch:  Avocados, Bluefin Tuna (Fish), Fresh & Easy California Blend Vegetables, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Chicken Leg Meat and Skin (Broilers or Fryers, Flour, Fried, Cooked), Tomato and Cucumber Salad with Oil and Vinegar. Snacks/Other:  Rocky Mountain Popcorn Company Jalapeno Popcorn.
