Lunch:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Bell Peppers, Carrots, Cucumber (Peeled), Famous Amos Chocolate Chip Bite Size Cookies (56g), Granny Smith Apples, Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar, Red Tomatoes, Skinless Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Calavo Avocado, Carrots, Carrots, Cucumber (Peeled), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar, M&M's Peanut Chocolate, Rio Mare Solid Light Tuna in Olive Oil, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Gin and Tonic.
