Fat: 43.43g | Prot: 76.19g | Carb: 179.07g.   Breakfast:  Food For Life Baking Company Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Whole Grain Cereal - Cinnamon Raisin, Kretschmer Wheat Germ, Silk Pure Almond Milk - Original. Lunch:  Odwalla Original Super Protein Bar, Oranges, Wegmans Salted Roasted Almonds. Dinner:  Brown Rice, Garlic, Great Value Medium Chunky Salsa, Green Peppers, Onions, Spinach, Wal-Mart Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Wegmans Olive Oil Extra Virgin. Snacks/Other:  Cooked Egg White, Kretschmer Wheat Germ, Yoplait Greek Blended Yogurt - Strawberry Raspberry.
