Fat: 46.22g | Prot: 67.44g | Carb: 97.78g.   Breakfast:  baby spinach, egg beaters, lemon olive oil, Original Rye Crispbread, Peanut Butter, Sugar Free Strawberry Jam. Lunch:  balsamic vinegar, cherry tomatoes, Chunk Light Tuna in Water, lemon olive oil, Mt. Olive Sweet N Hot Peppers, romaine lettuce. Dinner:  cento roasted peppers, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Hunts diced tomatoes, small chicken breast. Snacks/Other:  chocolate covered strawberry, Milk Chocolate Bar with Almonds.
