Fat: 46.22g | Prot: 67.44g | Carb: 97.78g.   Breakfast:  Original Rye Crispbread, Sugar Free Strawberry Jam, Peanut Butter, egg beaters, lemon olive oil, baby spinach. Lunch:  Mt. Olive Sweet N Hot Peppers, romaine lettuce, lemon olive oil, balsamic vinegar, cherry tomatoes, Chunk Light Tuna in Water. Dinner:  Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), small chicken breast, cento roasted peppers, Hunts diced tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  chocolate covered strawberry, Milk Chocolate Bar with Almonds.
