Lunch:  Cucumber (with Peel), Sardines in Water, Water. Dinner:  Plain Low Fat Greek Yogurt, Water, Woolworths Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Biogen ISO-Whey (Tri-Matrix Protein Powder), David Seeds Pumpkin Seeds, Dried Cranberries, Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Grapefruit, Peanuts, Raisins, Water.
