Lunch:  Wegmans Kaiser Roll, Trader Joe's Smoked Turkey Breast, Denny's Sliced Tomatoes (3 Slices). Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Trout, Caesar Salad with Romaine, Potato Salad. Snacks/Other:  Red Table Wine.
