Fat: 75.13g | Prot: 72.53g | Carb: 127.24g.   Breakfast:  Homestyle Waffles, Sugar Free Syrup, Salted Butter. Lunch:  Pork Loin (Tenderloin), Couscous (Cooked), Cooked Green Peppers and Onions (Fat Added in Cooking). Dinner:  Cheeseburger with 1/4 Lb Meat on Bun. Snacks/Other:  Peach, Nabisco Premium Saltine Crackers Original, Kraft Natural Medium Cheddar Chunk Cheese.
