Fat: 46.29g | Prot: 86.35g | Carb: 177.49g.   Breakfast:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges, Light Syrup Pack, Canned). Lunch:  Extra Lean Ground Turkey, Prego, Spaghetti. Dinner:  Green Peas (Frozen), Hamburger Helper - Potatoes Stroganoff, heavy cream, Unsalted Butter Stick. Snacks/Other:  Antioxidant Mix, devil cream little debbie, Sugar Free Energy Drink.
