Dinner:  Cherry Tomatoes, Water, Rapeseed Oil, Strawberries, Blueberries, Salt, Black Pepper, Tea (Brewed), The Cow Shed (Moo) Moo organic milk (semi skimmed), Herbal Tea (Other Than Chamomile, Brewed), McVitie's Dark Chocolate Digestive, Duck Egg, Unsalted Butter Stick, Multiseed Wholemeal Bread, Blood Orange & Caramel Yoghurt, Sweet Potato & Chana Dahl Lentils with Chickpeas.
