Fat: 69.15g | Prot: 92.42g | Carb: 114.89g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Pork Sausage Patty or Link, Red Salsa. Lunch:  Breakstone's 2% Lowfat Small Curd Cottage Cheese, Castle Wood Reserve Honey Turkey Breast. Dinner:  Refried Beans with Cheese, Taco or Tostada with Beef, Cheese and Lettuce, Pace Pico De Gallo. Snacks/Other:  Blue Bell No Sugar Added Dutch Chocolate.
