Lunch: balsamic vinaigrette, chicken breast, green salad, steamed vegetables. Dinner: butter, cheese cake, cool whip sugar free, dinner roll, Salisbury Steak OnCor, sirloin steak. Snacks/Other: mixed nuts, roasted nut crunch.
