Fat: 68.47g | Prot: 104.38g | Carb: 175.45g.   Breakfast:  English Muffin, Elite Casein - Smooth Vanilla, Flax seed, peaches, yogurt, Sweet & Salty Granola Bars - Peanut. Dinner:  Cobb Salad, bread sticks, butter. Snacks/Other:  tangerine, vegetable juice, tapioca pudding.
