Fat: 68.47g | Prot: 104.38g | Carb: 175.45g.   Breakfast:  Elite Casein - Smooth Vanilla, English Muffin, Flax seed, peaches, Sweet & Salty Granola Bars - Peanut, yogurt. Dinner:  bread sticks, butter, Cobb Salad. Snacks/Other:  tangerine, tapioca pudding, vegetable juice.
