Fat: 40.07g | Prot: 79.27g | Carb: 210.00g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Blackberries, Coffee, Coffee-Mate Vanilla Nut Coffee Creamer, Hard Granola Bars, Vanilla Yogurt (Lowfat). Lunch:  Boca Grilled Vegetable Meatless Burgers. Dinner:  Coors Light Beer (Bottle), Dickey's Barbecue Cucumber & Tomato Salad, Near East Wild Mushroom & Herb Couscous Mix, Pork Loin (Tenderloin). Snacks/Other:  Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless).
