Fat: 15.39g | Prot: 34.21g | Carb: 78.92g.   Breakfast:  Egg. Lunch:  Kroger Fat Free Plain Yogurt, Mixed Salad Greens, Publix Red Bell Pepper, Ranch Salad Dressing, Red Raspberries. Dinner:  Bertolli Olive Oil & Garlic Pasta Sauce, Great Value Whole Wheat Spaghetti, Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, Publix Red Bell Pepper. Snacks/Other:  Peach, Weight Watchers Smoked Flavor String Cheese.
