Fat: 102.83g | Prot: 128.27g | Carb: 328.88g.   Breakfast:  Hard-Boiled Egg, Cantaloupe Melons, Tea (Brewed), Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, Sugar. Lunch:  Tuna in Water (Canned), Gedney Dill Pickle Relish, Light Sour Cream, Dole Butter Lettuce, Braeburn Apples, Sunshine Cheez-It Reduced Fat Crackers, Tea (Brewed). Dinner:  Chicken or Turkey, Rice and Vegetables in Cream Sauce, White Sauce or Mushroom Soup-Based Sauce (Including Carrots, Broccoli, and/or Dark-Green Leafy, Mixture), Bananas, Blue Bell Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream. Snacks/Other:  Blue Diamond Roasted Salted Almonds.
