Fat: 97.96g | Prot: 95.09g | Carb: 289.24g.   Breakfast:  Coconut Dream Coconut Milk, Lassonade Oasis Health Break Orange-Mango Juice, Manitoba Harvest Shelled Hemp Seed, Nature's Path Organic Pumpkin Flax Plus Granola. Lunch:  Dried Fig, Kraft Habanero Heat Shredded Cheese, Mushrooms, Salsa, Saputo Mozzarella Cheese Part Skim, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), Udi's Gluten Free Pizza Crust. Dinner:  Avocados, Extra Lean Ground Beef, Lettuce, Light Sour Cream, Mexican Blend Cheese, Old El Paso Super Stuffer Taco Shells, Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix, Old El Paso Thick n' Chunky Salsa - Medium, Onions, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Kashi Chewy Granola Bars - Cherry Dark Chocolate.
