Fat: 97.96g | Prot: 95.09g | Carb: 289.24g.   Breakfast:  Lassonade Oasis Health Break Orange-Mango Juice, Manitoba Harvest Shelled Hemp Seed, Coconut Dream Coconut Milk, Nature's Path Organic Pumpkin Flax Plus Granola. Lunch:  Salsa, Mushrooms, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), Udi's Gluten Free Pizza Crust, Kraft Habanero Heat Shredded Cheese, Dried Fig, Saputo Mozzarella Cheese Part Skim. Dinner:  Light Sour Cream, Mexican Blend Cheese, Extra Lean Ground Beef, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Avocados, Onions, Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix, Old El Paso Thick n' Chunky Salsa - Medium, Old El Paso Super Stuffer Taco Shells. Snacks/Other:  Kashi Chewy Granola Bars - Cherry Dark Chocolate, Bananas.
