Fat: 67.81g | Prot: 57.05g | Carb: 168.42g.   Breakfast:  chocolate slim fast shake mix, 2% milk. Lunch:  A&W Diet Root Beer (20 oz), Grilled Chicken Thigh, KFC Biscuit, KFC mashed potatos. Dinner:  lay's sour cream and onion chips, Lunchables Cracker Stackers Turkey and American, smart ones desserts. Snacks/Other:  Peper Jack Cheese Slices.
