Lunch:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Lower Sugar Whey Protein Bar - Peanut Butter Cream. Dinner:  Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Cooked Green Peppers and Onions (Fat Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other:  Alamos malbec, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Orange and Cream Ice Cream Bars, Whole Almonds.
