Fat: 57.50g | Prot: 131.46g | Carb: 126.08g.   Breakfast:  Quaker Old Fashioned Oats. Lunch:  Blueberries, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (with Peel), Radishes, Smart Chicken Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets, Tanimura & Antle Iceberg Lettuce, Trader Joe's Blueberry Juice, Voskos Plain Low Fat Greek Yogurt. Dinner:  Cooked Spinach, Lamb, Luby's Grilled Chicken Breast without Skin. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Black Diamond Medium Cheddar Cheese, Gala Apples.
