Fat: 57.50g | Prot: 131.46g | Carb: 126.08g.   Breakfast:  Quaker Old Fashioned Oats. Lunch:  Smart Chicken Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets, Cherry Tomatoes, Tanimura & Antle Iceberg Lettuce, Radishes, Cucumber (with Peel), Voskos Plain Low Fat Greek Yogurt, Blueberries, Trader Joe's Blueberry Juice. Dinner:  Lamb, Luby's Grilled Chicken Breast without Skin, Cooked Spinach. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Gala Apples, Black Diamond Medium Cheddar Cheese.
