Weigh in today. Not happy. I went through the freezer + pantry and pulled out the good food. Healty food, low cal I am serious about this. Lord help ...

Fat: 26.37g | Prot: 105.65g | Carb: 66.36g.   Breakfast:  Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Toasted 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Tomato and Vegetable Juice (Mostly Tomato), Turkey Breast Meat (Fryer-Roasters, Cooked, Roasted). Lunch:  Cucumber (Peeled), Cucumber (Peeled), Green String Beans, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Chicken Thigh, Cooked Summer Squash (from Fresh), Cucumber Pickles (Bread and Butter Pickles), Hot Dog Pickle Relish, Scallions or Spring Onions. Snacks/Other:  Cooked Egg White.
