Fat: 68.49g | Prot: 41.18g | Carb: 288.24g.   Breakfast:  Sugared or Glazed Doughnuts, Sugared or Glazed Doughnuts. Lunch:  Chinese Gravy or Sauce (Soy Sauce, Stock or Bouillon, Cornstarch), Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh), White Rice. Dinner:  Big Mac, French Fries (Medium), Hi-C Orange Lavaburst (Large).
