Fat: 61.29g | Prot: 61.83g | Carb: 28.88g.   Breakfast:  Cream (Half & Half, Fat Free), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Atkins Day Break Cranberry Almond Bar, Water. Lunch:  Water, Lettuce, olives, Water, bacon bits, Kroger Fat Free Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, Kroger Diced Ham (Water Added), olive oil, Great Value Distilled White Vinegar. Dinner:  Atkins Advantage Vanilla Shake, Fried Egg without Fat. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Endulge Peanut Butter Cups.
