Fat: 65.85g | Prot: 90.71g | Carb: 46.42g.   Breakfast:  Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, President's Choice Medium Cheddar Cheese, Red Onions, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Sweet Red Peppers, Zucchini. Lunch:  Arugula Lettuce, Colavita Balsamic Vinegar, Feta Cheese, Grape Tomatoes, Red Onions, Sweet Red Peppers, Tuna Sashimi. Dinner:  Beef Top Loin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat, Prime Grade), Carrots, Cucumber (Peeled), President's Choice Edamame, Queen Victoria Romaine Lettuce, Sesame Seed Salad Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Blueberries, Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added), Raspberries.
