Fat: 29.40g | Prot: 33.08g | Carb: 156.26g.   Breakfast:  Grapes, Kellogg's kelloggs rice krispies 30g and 125mls green top milk, Tea with Milk and Sugar. Lunch:  Pork and Beef Sausage, Fried Egg, Baked Beans, White Bread, Water. Snacks/Other:  Walkers walkers quavers, Tea with Milk and Sugar, burtons wagon wheel, Ryvita ryviita crackerbread, Asda smartprice wafer thin cooked ham, Grapes.
