Fat: 42.51g | Prot: 97.82g | Carb: 118.60g.   Breakfast:  Kashi Cereal, 1% Fat Milk, Coffee with Cream. Lunch:  Voskos 0% Greek Style Yogurt, Bananas, Strawberries. Dinner:  Pork Steak or Cutlet, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh), Pot Sticker.
