Fat: 6.24g | Prot: 55.96g | Carb: 293.15g.   Breakfast:  Brown Bread, Black Beans (Canned), Cucumber (with Peel). Lunch:  White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Great Value Canned Tuna in Water, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Dinner:  Apples, Brown Bread, Giant Food Bananas (Large). Snacks/Other:  Coffee with Milk, Peach Juice with Sugar, Coffee with Milk.
