Fat: 26.60g | Prot: 115.48g | Carb: 244.08g.   Breakfast:  International Delight Sugar Free Caramel Macchiato Coffee Creamer, Kashi Cinnamon Harvest Cereal, Regular Coffee, Silk Light Chocolate Soymilk. Lunch:  HuHot Mongolian Grill Bean Sprouts, HuHot Mongolian Grill Broccoli, HuHot Mongolian Grill Krab, HuHot Mongolian Grill Mushrooms, HuHot Mongolian Grill Not-So-Sweet and Sour Sauce, HuHot Mongolian Grill Spinach. Dinner:  Cherry Tomatoes, Guacamole, Lettuce Salad with Tomato, Mission Stone Ground Restaurant Style Tortilla Strips, Pears, Strawberries, The Original Brat Hans Organic Spinach & Feta Chicken Sausage, Yellow Sweet Corn (Kernels On Cob, with Salt, Frozen, Drained, Cooked, Boiled). Snacks/Other:  Blueberries, HMR BeneFit Bars - Chocolate Chocolate, HMR HMR 70 Plus Chocolate Shake.
