Lunch:  Beef Stew with Potatoes and Vegetables (Including Carrots, Broccoli, and/or Dark-Green Leafy) in Tomato-Based Sauce, Chocolate Milk (Lowfat), Fig Newtons Fig Newton. Dinner:  Healthy Ones Beef Hotdogs, Potato French Fries, Chick-fil-A Chocolate Milkshake, Pepsi Pepsi (Can).
