Fat: 88.53g | Prot: 82.68g | Carb: 210.83g.   Breakfast:  Danone Oikos Key Lime Greek Yogurt, Heavy Cream, Ice Cream Cones (Cake or Wafer Type), Starbucks Lemon Cranberry Scone. Lunch:  Breakfast Bars (Oats, Sugar, Raisins, Coconut, Include Granola Bar), Chocolate Ice Creams. Dinner:  Beef Steak, Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Boiled), Sweet Red Peppers. Snacks/Other:  Red Table Wine, Sensible Portions Garden Veggie Straws.
