Fat: 24.67g | Prot: 26.34g | Carb: 94.40g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Great Value Maple & Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal, Sam's Choice Purified Drinking Water. Lunch:  Fresh Selections Classic Garden Salad, Old London Melba Toast Roasted Garlic. Dinner:  Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh Selections Classic Garden Salad, Hash Brown (Frozen or Dry Mix), Pork Chop. Snacks/Other:  Chamomile Tea (Brewed), Sam's Choice Purified Drinking Water, Vodka.
