Fat: 67.82g | Prot: 84.16g | Carb: 158.50g.   Breakfast:  Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes), 2% Fat Milk, Simply Food Light Pancake and Waffle Syrup, Medium Cheddar Light Cheese. Lunch:  Lean Cuisine Simple Favorites Four Cheese Cannelloni, Blue Gardenia Salad, Salad Dressing, Astro Biobest Antioxidant Yogurt. Dinner:  Sour Dough Bread, Ground Beef (Cooked), Catelli Smart Pasta Spaghetti, Hunt's Thick & Rich Roasted Garlic & Herbs. Snacks/Other:  2% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Life Brand No Calorie Sweetner - packets, Water, NAYA spring water, Cucumber (with Peel), Medium Cheddar Light Cheese.
