Fat: 87.90g | Prot: 62.44g | Carb: 200.35g.   Lunch:  Coffee with Cream and Sugar, Ham and Cheese Croissant Sandwich. Dinner:  Acorn Winter Squash (Without Salt, Cooked, Baked), Flax Oil, Green Beans with Garlic, Lasagna with Meat, Pork Back Ribs. Snacks/Other:  2% Fat Milk, Cinnamon Bliss.
