Fat: 43.46g | Prot: 38.31g | Carb: 186.25g.   Breakfast:  Almonds, Dunkin' Donuts Green Tea with Sugar, Toasted Cheese Bread. Lunch:  Basmati Rice, Cooked Tomato and Onion (Fat Added in Cooking). Dinner:  Chicken Nuggets, Chocolate Ice Cream Cone, Pomegranate. Snacks/Other:  Milk Chocolate Candies, Plain Yogurt (Lowfat), Pomegranates.
