Fat: 52.92g | Prot: 220.24g | Carb: 209.48g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Harris Teeter Blueberries, Lucerne Fat Free Yogurt - Plain, Soy Protein Isolate, Trader Joe's Organic Vanilla Soy Milk. Lunch:  Chicken Soup, Cucumber (with Peel), Rice Bowl Chicken Rice, Skinless Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Absolut Vodka, Braised or Boiled Beef Pot Roast (Lean and Fat Eaten), Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Japanese Radish (Daikon) (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Kale (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Greek Salad, Lamb Roast (Lean Only Eaten), Merlot Wine, Oysters, Red Lobster Seabass (Half Portion), Red Robin Steamed Broccoli, Salmon, Sauvignon Blanc Wine, Steamed Fish, Steamed or Boiled Shrimp. Snacks/Other:  Peanut Butter Cookies, Quaker Instant Oatmeal Weight Control - Banana Bread.
