Fat: 52.92g | Prot: 220.24g | Carb: 209.48g.   Breakfast:  Lucerne Fat Free Yogurt - Plain, Harris Teeter Blueberries, Bananas, Trader Joe's Organic Vanilla Soy Milk, Soy Protein Isolate. Lunch:  Skinless Chicken Breast, Cucumber (with Peel), Rice Bowl Chicken Rice, Chicken Soup. Dinner:  Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Red Robin Steamed Broccoli, Cooked Japanese Radish (Daikon) (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Steamed Fish, Cooked Kale (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Lamb Roast (Lean Only Eaten), Braised or Boiled Beef Pot Roast (Lean and Fat Eaten), Red Lobster Seabass (Half Portion), Salmon, Oysters, Greek Salad, Steamed or Boiled Shrimp, Merlot Wine, Sauvignon Blanc Wine, Absolut Vodka. Snacks/Other:  Quaker Instant Oatmeal Weight Control - Banana Bread, Peanut Butter Cookies.
