Fat: 36.60g | Prot: 67.29g | Carb: 144.37g.   Breakfast:  Quaker Oatmeal Squares Crunchy Cereal with Hint of Brown Sugar, Raspberries, Yoplait Light Fat Free Yogurt - Very Cherry. Lunch:  Allens Seasoned Field Peas and Snaps, Chicken Leg Meat (Broilers or Fryers), Granny Smith Apples, Kale (Cooked). Dinner:  Apples, Cooked Kale (from Fresh), Country Crock Homestyle Mashed Potatoes, Smart Balance 37% Light Buttery Spread, World Catch Tilapia Fillets. Snacks/Other:  Royal Dansk Danish Butter Cookies.
