Fat: 34.82g | Prot: 73.01g | Carb: 187.27g.   Breakfast:  Onions, Diced Tomatoes with Garlic & Onion, Low Sodium Black Beans, Corn Muffin (Prepared), Kirkland Signature Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Ground Turkey , Chili Seasoning Mix, Fresh & Easy Cantaloupe Chunks. Dinner:  Turkey Salisbury Steak, McCormick Brown Gravy Mix, White Sweet Corn (Kernels Cut Off Cob, Frozen). Snacks/Other:  Fuji Apples, Knott's Berry Farm Strawberry Preserves, Lucerne Chocolate Frozen Yogurt (Fat Free), Kroger Yellow Popcorn, Nice! Wasabi Peas, Jelly Belly Jelly Beans.
