Fat: 71.82g | Prot: 99.64g | Carb: 98.19g.   Breakfast:  Columbo Light Yogurt, Light Meat Chicken Roll. Lunch:  Cooked Vegetables (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Mushrooms, Pork Loin (Tenderloin). Dinner:  Harris Teeter Cultured Buttermilk, Pistachio Nuts. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Hazelnuts or Filberts Nuts.
