Fat: 21.94g | Prot: 62.39g | Carb: 94.86g.   Breakfast:  Oatmeal, Blueberries, Milk (Nonfat), Coffee, Cream (Half & Half), Sugar. Lunch:  Tomatoes, Lettuce, Light Mayonnaise, Yellow Mustard, Vanilla Yogurt (Lowfat). Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Fish, Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Zucchini, Milk (Nonfat). Snacks/Other:  Almonds.
